Return and Refund Policies
You have 30 days to return any product\item in its original packaging that is i.e. unopened or unworn with tag and receipt as proof of purchase.
To request a return please contact us: info@bheritage.ca...with the necessary information regarding your request. Once the request has been processed and accepted, we will send you the instructions to proceed with the shipment, including a return label.

It is imperative to make your request first for a return\exchange or refund and make sure it's approved before you even return an unused item.
Exception
Note that some items cannot be returned, such as, special orders, some beauty products or any personalized item at your request.

No returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed on sale or discounted items. reduced price.

Damaged or wrong item
Upon receipt of your order we recommend that you check that everything is in order and we Report immediately any damage, defect or other problem with the item received.
Other condition
The return must be completed and approved before you can even receive a refund which will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that delays may apply.
Shipping Policy
We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a refund can be made. The return of the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days after purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration fee of CAN$3.00 for Canada and CAN$5.00 for other countries may apply to any refund of sale items.
